Native to Baltimore, Maryland he has spent many years in South Carolina honing his skills and dishing out tasty delights. Previously Chef de Cuisine at the Charleston Place Hotel, Enan went out on his own several years ago. He has been cooking for a variety of local families, businesses, and vacationers. Always making sure clients get their moneys worth, he delivers outstanding food and service. Building long lasting relationships with his customers, Chef Enan will be like part of the family, catering to your every need. Working together with his fiance and talented pastry chef, Jennifer Meintel, they can deliver a wonderful savory and sweet dining experience that is definitely a cut above the rest.
